碱催化的6-去氧伪莽草毒素重排反应研究

摘要 6-去氧伪莽草毒素与伪莽草毒素同为八角科植物的特征成分,均为倍半萜内酯类化合物,结构极其相似.经研究发现6-去氧伪莽草毒素在碱性催化剂存在下并未发生伪莽草毒素所发生的复杂重排反应,而仅仅发生了简单的分子内酯交换反应. Both 6- deoxypseudoanisatin and pseudoanisatin are the characteristic components of illiciaceae. They are sesquiterpene lactones and similar in structure. However, experiments have showed that the 6 - deoxypseudoanisatin underwent an intramolecular transesterification in the presence of the basic catalyst but pseudoanisatin underwent a complex rearrangement under the same condition.
