摘要
采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS),分析了南天竹叶挥发性成分.从南天竹叶子中鉴定出17个化合物,占挥发油成分总峰面积的85.84%.在南天竹叶子鉴定的挥发性成分中,顺3,3,5-三甲基乙酸环己酯(14.21%)含量最高,其次为6-甲基-5-庚稀-2-酮(13.66%)、2-己醛(6.53%)、己醛(5.94%)和(E)-6,10-二甲基-5,9-十一碳二烯-2-酮(5.94%).
The volatiles in the leaves of Nandina domestica were analyzed by head -space solid micro -extraction, coupled with GC - MS. Seventeen compounds were identified, accounting for 85.84% of the total volatiles. The highest compound is cis - 3,3,5 - trimethyl - cyclohexanol - acetate ( 14.21% ) , followed by 6 - methyl 5 - hepten-2-one (13.66%), 2-hexenal (6.53%), hexanal 5.94%), (E) -6,10-dimethyl-5, and9-undecadien -2 - one (5.94%).
