摘要
采用HPLC法测定中药萝芙木中育亨宾的含量.色谱条件:C18(5um,14.6mm×150mm)色谱柱,以甲醇:水(0.004mol/L二乙胺)=(65:35)为流动相,检测波长278nm.结果表明:育亨宾在0.512~2.56ug质量范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为95.52%,相对标准方差RSD=1.18%(n=10).本法简便、快速,准确可靠,可用于中药萝芙木的质量控制.
The research adopts a new method for analyzing the ingredients of Yohimbine in Rauvolfia by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) in which the chromatographic system consisted of C18 column and the mobile phase of Methanol water (0. 004 mol/L 1,2 - ethylenediamine) (65:35). The detection wavelength was set at 278 nm. The results showed that there was a good linear of reserpine over the range of 0. 512 -2.56 ug (r = 0. 999 8). The average recovery was 95.52% and RSD was 1.18% (n = 10). It is concluded that this method can be used for quality control in Luofumu because it is simple, accurate and reliable.
