摘要
主要研究了悬铃木叶片中多糖的提取工艺,考察了提取温度、提取时间、料液比等因素对多糖提取的影响,最终确立最佳提取条件:提取时间为120 min、提取温度为100℃、料液比1∶15。
The subject studied on the extraction process of polysaccharide from leaves of Platanus orientaiis in this paper. Effects of extraction temperature, extraction time and liquid： material ratio on the yield of potysaccharides were studied. The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows： the extracting time is 120 min, the extracting temperature is 100 ℃, the rate of sotution to solid is 1 ： 15.
