摘要
石化总厂重油催化裂化装置自2008年11月份以来,系统催化剂跑损较为严重,油桨固体含量高达0.924%,新鲜催化剂单耗高达1.2 kg/t原料。对平衡催化剂粒度分布、旋分器入口粉尘浓度、旋分器效率计算、工艺操作参数等进行分析后,并通过对操作条件进行了调整和对工艺参数进行了优化,解决催化剂跑损问题,将催化剂单耗降至0.91 kg/t原料。
Catalyst run-off in heavy FCC unit has been an annoying problem since November, 2008. The solid content of slurry oil reached 0. 924%. The new catalyst cosumption reached 1.2 kg/t. After analyzing equilibrium catalyst size distribution, powder content of cyclone inlet port, efficiency calculation of cyclone and process operating parameters, the problem of catalyst loss in unit was solved by adjusting operating conditions and optimizing process operating parameters. The cosumption of new catalyst has dropped to 0.91 kg/t.
