摘要
简要分析了工业工程的特性和丰田生产方式的本质，并以图表的形式给出了两者的关系。最后提出，当前应着重宣传和推广基础工业工程。
In this Paper, the chnateristics of Ihdustrial Engineering(IE)and the nthe of Toyota Production System (TPS) are given brief and concise analysis. The relationship between IE and TPS is elaborated through illustration. Finally, it is pointed out that at present the popularizaion and spreading of basic IE is of preat importance.
