介绍了企业管理应用软件的发展历程，简要比较了目前中国国内市场几种典型的企业管理应用软件。在分析这些软件当前面临的挑战的基础上，提出了面向21世纪的开发策略。

The development history of enterprise management application software is introdced and a number of typical enterprise managemet applicaion softwares available in China's market are compared. On the basis of analysing the present challenge these softwares facing, the development atrategy for the 21st Century is proposed.
