八大社会阶层的划分及存在的结构性问题

从影响社会权力、社会资源的占有和分配最大的四个因素(收入、教育、权力、职业)出发,可将我国社会划分为八个阶层,针对阶层结构存在的主要问题,应通过扩大中产阶层比重、缩小社会底层的人口规模、促进阶层间关系的和谐等方式来努力促进"橄榄型"现代社会阶层结构的形成。

In view of such the four factors as salary, education, power and career making main influence on social power and possession and distribution of social resource, social class can be divided eight classes. According to main problems of class structure, the ＂olive-type＂ social structure will emerge by making effort on raising the proportion of the middle class, narrowing population scale at social bottom and promoting harmony among social classes.
