欠发达地区农民对新农村建设的心态探析

A Probe into Psychology of Farmers in Undeveloped Areas for the Construction of New Countryside

欠发达地区农民对新农村建设存在四大不良心态,即:在新农村建设模式问题上,表现出媚外心态;在新农村建设速度问题上,表现出急进心态;在新农村建设内容问题上,表现出浮偏心态;在新农村建设主体问题上,表现出依赖心态。欲矫正这些不良心态,必须重视农民,宽容农民,亲近农民,引导农民,教育农民。

Farmers in undeveloped areas for the construction of new countryside have such four kinds of psychology as psychology of worshiping foreign for its model, psychology of seeking quick advance for its speed, psychology of flipo pancy for its content and psychology of dependence for its subject. These unhealthy psychologies will be rectified through emphasizing farmers, tolerating farmers, living close to farmers, guiding farmers and educating farmers.
