“哮喘”样症状为主要表现的复发性多软骨炎(附2例报告)

Asthma-based performance diagnosis and treatment of relapsing polychondritis(a report of 2 cases)

目的分析以"哮喘"样症状为主要表现的复发性多软骨炎的临床特征和诊治经过。方法通过对误诊为"支气管哮喘"的2例复发性多软骨炎患者临床资料的分析,结合文献复习,对该病的流行病学、发病机制、诊断及治疗进行总结。结果2例复发性多软骨炎患者临床主要表现为"哮喘"样症状,均通过软骨组织活检病理明确诊断,予以类固醇皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗症状好转。结论复发性多软骨炎是一种全身性免疫性疾病,可以突发哮喘为主要症状,对非幼年发病的哮喘患者、尤其是正规治疗无效者,要注意排除复发性多软骨炎,避免误诊,提高诊治效率。

Objective To analyse clinical features,diagnostic and therapeutic methods of relapsing polychondritis（RP）,which has the major symptoms of asthma.Methods Two cases of RP,misdiagnosed as asthma,were studied and the literaturre was reviewed,in order to analyse the disease epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.Results Two cases of RP presented mainly as asthma.Definite diagnoses were made by cartilage biopsy.Treatment with corticosteroids and immunosuppressant can obtain significant effect.Conclusion RP is a systemic immune disease,which can be present as asthma.It is necessary for asthma patients without childhood onset,especially those who were insensitive to regular treatment to rule out RP.To avoid misdiagnosis of RP is important to improve the efficient diagnosis and treatment.
