摘要
民国时期,在大学教育系里任教的教育学者中,曾担任过中学校长的达73人之多。究其原因,一方面是因为大学附属中学和教育系之间关系密切,另一方面,还与当时的教育学者普遍相信教育能够救国而热衷教育实践有关。这些教育学者的中学办学经历对其学术研究产生了巨大的影响,即他们虽然像当时其他学科的学者一样大多具有留学背景,但在著述写作时并不一味照搬西方学说,而是非常关注本国的教育问题,较好地处理理论与实践相结合这一难题。
As many as 73 pedagogical teachers in the university have ever been principals of high schools during the Republic of China. One reason is the close relationship between departments of education and affiliated middle schools, and the other is the belief of rescuing China by education. Besides, the paper reviews their experiences in running high schools, including educational researches and their inclination to educational practices in China.
