On development of the initial teacher education since 1976 in Britain:a perspective of educational politics

摘要 自1976年以来,英国职前教师教育政策变革与发展大致经历了四个阶段:各自为政与自主权时代、"专家型教师"时代、"胜任的实践者"时代与新教师专业主义的建构时代。以教育政治学观之,其三十多年间的职前教师教育政策无不受制于其政治意识形态、教育权力等因素的深刻影响,贯穿着框定与界说教师专业主义性质的种种企图。 The British initial teacher education undergoes four periods since 1976: fragmentation and autonomy, expert teacher, competent practitioner and new teacher professionalism. However, from the perspective of educational politics, the policies are fundamentally affected by political ideologies and educational powers.
