摘要 自1976年以来,英国职前教师教育政策变革与发展大致经历了四个阶段:各自为政与自主权时代、"专家型教师"时代、"胜任的实践者"时代与新教师专业主义的建构时代。以教育政治学观之,其三十多年间的职前教师教育政策无不受制于其政治意识形态、教育权力等因素的深刻影响,贯穿着框定与界说教师专业主义性质的种种企图。 The British initial teacher education undergoes four periods since 1976： fragmentation and autonomy, expert teacher, competent practitioner and new teacher professionalism. However, from the perspective of educational politics, the policies are fundamentally affected by political ideologies and educational powers.
