摘要
基于对我国CIMS实施企业的调查,研究了企业为适应CIMS中的技术要求而进行组织创新的四大方向:(1)组织结构纵向的扁平化;(2)组织结构横向的合并精简;(3)建立新的信息中心组织;(4)建立各种类型的跨部门团队。指出了CIMS技术适应企业组织的主要方式:(1)开发设计技术系统时充分考虑企业现有的组织管理状况;(2)开发设计技术系统时充分考虑企业今后经营管理和组织体制的改革方向。最后还分析总结了我国企业实施CIMS中存在的问题。
Based on the case studies in more than ten Chinese companies implementing CIMS, the present paper analyzes and summarizes the four types of organizational innovations in these companies, which are as follows:(1) flattening its organizational structure along vertical direction, (2) combining and simplifying horizontal interdependent departments, (3) establishing new information centers, and (4) forming cross functional teams for information sharing, communication and quick response for changes. It is pointed out that the present status of the organization and management, and the directions of innovations in business strategy and organizational management, must be taken into account when designing and developing technical subsystems of CIMS. Finally, the problems in implementation of CIMS in Chinese companies are summarized and discussed.
