摘要
合成了芦丁-锗()配合物(Ru-Ge),采用红外光谱、紫外光谱法表征了配合物。试验了配合物清除羟基自由基(.OH)、超氧自由基(O2-.)和DPPH.自由基的能力。结果表明:芦丁-锗()配合物清除O-2.的能力与芦丁相当,但清除.OH和DPPH.自由基的能力明显优于芦丁。
The complex Ge (Ⅳ)-rutin was synthesized and characterized by IR spectra, UV spectra. The scavenging effects of complex Ge ( Ⅳ )-rutin and rutin on superoxide free radcal (O2^-), hydroxyl free radical(· OH) and DPPH · free radical have been studied. The results shows that the scavenging activities of complex on ·OH and DPPH·are stronger than that of the rutin,and on O2^- · approximately equal.
