摘要
模拟移动床色谱(SMBC)在药物分离中得到了广泛应用,对SMBC后处理工艺优化很少有报道。本文对银杏黄酮SMBC产品的规模化后处理工艺进行了研究,结果表明,搪瓷或玻璃材质的浓缩设备适宜处理高纯度的银杏黄酮乙醇溶液。优化后的银杏黄酮后处理工艺路线,能够满足制备纯度为99%银杏黄酮产品的要求。
Simulated moving bed chromatography (SMBC) is widely applied in pharmaceutical separation. And the optimization of post-treatment parameters is hardly reported in papers. SMBC post-treatment technology was studied and the natural products gingko flavonoids was used in research. It is suitable to use the enamel evaporator and glass evaporator in the experiment and the purity of gingko flavonoids products can reach 99%.
