摘要
基于诺氟沙星能够显著增强过硫酸根的电化学发光信号,建立了一种灵敏、简便而且价廉的测定诺氟沙星含量的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,诺氟沙星浓度在0.141—6.33μg/mL范围内,与电化学发光信号强度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为IECL=116.4+73.5CNFLX(μg/mL),r=0.9968,检出限为0.039μg/mL(S/N=3)。对4.22μg/mL的诺氟沙星平行测定11次,RSD为1.3%,表明该方法具有良好的重现性,并成功地应用于人尿样中诺氟沙星含量的测定。
A novel electrochemiluminescent (ECL) method for the determination of norfloxacin (NFLX) was developed based on the ECL enhancement of peroxydisulfate(S2O8^2-) by NFLX. Under the optimal conditions, the ECL intensity increased with the concentration of NF'LX. A linear regression equation (IECL= 116.4+ 73. 5CNFLX= 0. 9968) was obtained in the range of 0. 141- 6.33ug/mL. The limit of detection (S/N= 3) was 0. 039ug/mL with the relative standard deviation (n= 11) of 1.3% for 4.22ug/mL NFLX. The proposed method is sensitive,simple and cheap,and is applied to detect NFLX in human urine successfully.
