摘要
本文从IS09000族标准产生背景出发，分析了质量认证体系与消除国际贸易中贸易技术壁垒的关系，并通过介绍当前质量体系认证领域已取得的国际互认（IAF／MLA）的新动态，阐明了我国企业取得质量认证的现实意义，得出我国发展质量体系认证是加快我国经济与国际接轨客观需要的科学结论。
From the background of IS09000 family Standard generations, the paper analized the relationship between the certifying system and the effort to eliminate trade technical barrier in world trade business. After presenting the latest progressing that China's certifying is recognized. By the IAF/MLA, the paper discussed the present significance of obtaining certifying for Chinese industries and enterprises and proved the conclusion that marking quality system certifying is the netural demand for accelerating the interconnecting of China's economy with world economy-
