XPG基因多态性与奥沙利铂对晚期胃癌疗效的相关性 被引量:2

CORRELATION BETWEEN XPG GENE POLYMOPHISM AND THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF OXALIPLATIN FOR ADVANCED GASTRIC CANCER

摘要 目的研究人着色性干皮病G组(XPG)基因C46T与以奥沙利铂为主:的化疗方案对晚期胃癌疗效的相关性。方法用REAL—TIMEPCR技术检测92例晚期胃癌病人外周静脉血DNA的XPG基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分型。比较3种基因型与病人的2周期化疗临床疗效的关系。结果92例病人的C/C、T/T、C/T基因型分别占51.09%、38.04%、10.87%。C/C与T/T+C/T基因型化疗有效率分别为76.59%、53.33%,两组比较差异有显著意义(χ^2=5.484,P〈O.05,OR=2.942,95%CI=1.195~7.248)。结论XPG基因多态性与奥沙利铂疗效之间存在相关性,其检测结果可以作为胃癌选择奥沙利铂化疗的参考。 Objective To research the correlation between XPG gene polymorphism and therapeutic effect of oxaliplatin for a,dvanced gastric cancer (AGC). Methods Real-time PCR was used to detect XPG single nucleotide polymorphlsm of peri- pheral venous blood DNA of 92 AG C patients. The relationship between the genotype and the clinical response after two cycles of chemotherapy was compared. Results The genotypes of C/C, C/T and T/Tof the92 patients were 51. 09% (47/92), 38, 04% (35/9.2) and 10.87% (10/92), respectivcly. The effective rates of chemotherapy in C/C genotype and T/T + C/T genotypes were 76.59 % and 53.33 %, respectively, the differences was significant (χ^2 = 5. 484 P〈0.05, OR=2. 942,95% CI= 1. 195--7. 248). Conclusion There was a correlation between XPG gene polymorphism and efficacy of oxaliplatin. The results of XPG genotyping can be used as a reference for selecting oxaliplatin chemotherapy for gastric cancer.
