MRI对颅内血管周细胞瘤的诊断价值

VALUE OF MRI IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF INTRACRANIAL HEMANYIOPERICYTOMA

目的提高对颅内血管周细胞瘤MRI表现的认识。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的8例颅内血管周细胞瘤的MRI表现。结果8例肿瘤均位于颅内脑外,MRI主要表现为等长T1、等长T2混杂信号影,多为明显不均匀强化;外形多呈分叶状;半数以上的肿瘤与硬膜窄基底相连;肿瘤内常可见血管流空信号。结论颅内血管周细胞瘤的MRI表现有一定特征性,根据MRI表现有助于正确诊断。

Objective To improve the understanding of MRI characteristics of intracranial hemanyiopericytoma （IH）. Methods A retrospective analysis of MRI manifestations was done in eight patients with IH confirmed pathologically. Results All the tumors located inside the skull and outside the brain, their main manifestations on MRI were： isometric T1 and T2 with mixed signal and uneven enrichment; mainly lobulated in shape; more than half of them connected to the narrow base of dura; flow voids signal was commonly seen. Conclusion The MRI manifestations of IH is specific, based on that a final diagnosis can be made.
