制度理论视角下企业可持续发展的组织场域与制度的共同演化——以电信运营业为例

On the Co-evolution of Organizational Fields and Institution of Corporate Sustainable Development From Perspective of Institution——Taking Telecoms As an Example

从制度理论的视角来研究组织场域的问题,是国际上社会科学界研究的热点。文章围绕企业可持续发展这一主题,从制度合法性的视角出发,分析了电信运营业组织场域相关者的变化,并将这些变化同电信企业的制度情境和采用的可持续发展战略联系起来分析。从而,以电信行业为研究对象,围绕企业可持续发展这一中心问题,揭示了组织场域和制度因素怎样共同演化,并提出了一个整合模型。

From the perspective of institutional theory to study the issue of organizational fields, is hot in the social science study. Around the theme of corporate sustainable development, from the perspective of the institutional legitimacy, the article analyzes how the organizational fields change in the Telecoms, and links these changes to the strategies in the teleeom enterprises adopted and to the institutional context. Thus, taking the telecom industry as the object, around the central theme of sustainable development, reveals bow organizational fields and institutional factors co -evolutes, and proposes an integrated model.
