国际金融危机背景下农村中小企业运行状况的变化及启示——对安徽凤阳县、四川南部县、广东三水区农村中小企业的问卷分析

The Change of RSMEs' Operation Situation and its Enlightenment over a Long Period of Time under the International Financing Crisis:An Analysis on the Survey of RSMEs in 3 Counties

本文基于对三个县农村中小企业的问卷调查,分析了国际金融危机后农村中小企业运行状况的变化,剖析了外部环境因素对农村中小企业运行状况的影响,指出国际金融危机和国内经济周期性结构性因素、国际需求下降和国内需求萎缩共同影响农村中小企业的运行,要注意税费负担加重和融资环境变化对农村中小企业的作用。

Based on survey of RSMEs in 3 counties,this paper analyzes how the operation of RSMEs has been influenced since the international financial crisis have broken,especially by the external environmental factors,and concludes:First,the operation of RSMEs has been influenced by a combined impact of the international financial crisis together with the domestic cyclical and structural factors,and the shrinking of the international and domestic demand,.Second,more attention should be paid to the effect of the aggravated tax burden and changes in the financing environment on the RSMEs.Based on those analyses,some conclusion and enlightenment are drawn about RSME's development over a long period of time.
