摘要
文章提出管理流水线新概念,其本质是量化重要的管理流程,指出目前企业管理存在的问题在于没有把一些重要的管理流程当作流水线去设计,并举例说明如何设计管理流水线。
The new concept of Management Line has been proposed, the important management processes have been quantified is its essence. It has been pointed out that the problem is that a number of important management process had not be used as an assembly line to design, and cite an instance to explain how to design an Management Line.
