摘要
目的:运用主成分分析和聚类分析法对医药流通企业经营质量进行评价。方法:选择目标公司的4个销售部门为研究对象,选取月销售额等6项指标,对其数据进行主成分分析,考察各部门经营业绩;在此基础上,用聚类分析法对经营质量最差部门的客户群进行分类考察,找出其经营不善的原因。结果:通过对6项指标数据的主成分分析,获得两个主成分,二者对部门综合得分贡献率分别为76.064%和15.706%。聚类分析显示,经营质量最差部门的客户结构分布不合理。结论:主成分分析法和聚类分析法等数据挖掘技术的综合运用,可成功评价医药流通企业经营质量,为企业经营管理水平的提高及企业的改进和发展提供科学依据。
Objective: To evaluate the operation quality in medicine distribution enterprise by the methods of principal component analysis and clustering analysis. Methods: Selecting 4 sales departments as research objects and 6 assessment indexes in a target company, the principlal component analysis on the index data was conducted to evaluate the achievements of the different departments. Afterwards, the customers of the poorest department were evaluated classifiedly by clustering analysis method to find out the cause for its poor performance. Results: The two principal components, of which the contributions to the total score were 76. 064% and 15. 706% respectively, were obtained from the principal component analysis on the index data. The clustering analysis indicated that the customer distribution of the poorest department was unreasonable. Conclusion: The operation quality of medicine distribution enterprise could be evaluated successfully by the combination of the data mining techniques, such as the methods of principal component analysis and clustering analysis, thus providing the scientific basis for improving the level of enterprise operation and management and advancing enterprise development.
