冠状动脉支架置入术后再狭窄患者脂联素与循环内皮祖细胞和脑利钠肽的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过观察冠脉支架置入术后再狭窄患者血清脂联素与循环内皮祖细胞(EPCs)和脑利钠肽(BNP)的相关性,进而探讨其发生机制。方法测定32例冠脉支架术后再狭窄患者和32例无狭窄患者的血清脂联素、EPCs数量和BNP等指标。结果较之对照组,再狭窄患者的循环EPCs克隆单位数目和脂联素显著降低,BNP和TG显著增高;脂联素与循环EPCs克隆单位数目显著正相关,与BNP显著负相关。结论冠脉支架术后再狭窄的发生发展是多因素综合作用的结果。 Objective It is to observe the correlation between serum adiponectin and circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with coronary in-stent restenosis and then to approach the mechanism of restenosis. Methods The levels of serum adiponectin, the amount of EPCs and BNP in 32 patients with coronary instent restenosis and 32 patients without restenosis were determined. Results Compared with control group, the amount of EPCs and the level of adiponectin in patients with restenosis were reduced, while BNP and triglyceride were significantly increased. Adiponectin had positive correlation with the amount of EPCs, while had negative correlation with BNP. Conclusion The occurrence and development of coronary in-stent restenosis is decided by interrelation of many factors.
