摘要
介绍了一种易于实现批量生产纳米级四氧化三锰的方法,利用锰碳合金的水解氧化反应,制备得到了比表面积为25m^2/g、颗粒尺寸在50~100nm的四方尖晶石型纳米Mn3O4微粉。由于不涉及催化剂、酸、碱等化学试剂,与电解金属锰粉悬浮液氧化等方法制备Mn3O4相比,显然是一种名符其实的绿色工艺。
A novel process for the production of Mn3O4 nanopowders which has obvious advantages in batch pro-duction operation has been reported. Single crystal Mn3O4 powders with size of 50- 100 nm are obtained. The specific surface area of those nanopowders is 25 m2·g^- 1, This novel method is a green process compared to the Mn3O4 suspending powders and other solutionbased methods as no other chemicals such as catalyst, acid and base was used.
