摘要 以PID控制理论为基础,采用LabVIEW和PID Toolkit作为开发平台,设计并实现了一套橡胶硫化仪测控系统。该系统通过下位机采集温度数据,并由上位机软件对采集的信号进行分析处理,使当前温度值逼近设定值,从而实现对温度的控制。调试结果表明,该系统具有界面友好、测量精度高、安全可靠、易于操作等特点。 On the basis of PID control theory, a set of monitoring system for vulcanization process of rubber is designed and implemented by adopting LabVIEW and PID Toolkit as the developing platform. The temperature data are collected in slave machine, and the collected signals are analyzed and processed in host computer by software. When current temperature approximates the set-point, the control action is conducted. The result of commissioning indicates that the system features user-friendly interface, high measurement accuracy, safety and reliability, and easy to operate, etc.
