节水型数字式热表的设计

摘要 针对精确计量供热量需节约用水的要求,提出了一种节水型数字式热表。该表利用Pt100温度传感器采集温度信号,并采用智能涡轮流量计采集流量,同时由流量和供回水温度之差计算出热量,最后根据系统中入口和出口的流量相同原则,判断系统是否失水,与此同时微处理器发出报警并关闭电磁阀,达到节水的目的。测试结果表明,该热量表实现了数字式计量功能。 For the purpose of precise metrology on heat supply and water saving requirements, the water saving digital heat meter is proposed. In this heat meter, Pt100 temperature sensor is used for temperature data acquisition, and the intelligent turbine flowmeter is used for flow measurement. In addition, the quantity of the heat is calculated by flow and the temperature difference of the supply water and the return water, and whether there is any water loss in the system can be determined by the consistency criteria of the flow of inlet and outlet. The purpose of water saving is achieved by alarm and shutting off the solenoid valve signals issued by microprocessor. The test of the heat meter shows that the meter implements the digitized metrological function.
