环保型纸塑自保温墙板的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 简要介绍了利用废弃的利乐包与LDPE及加工助剂生产自保温外墙板的开发。试验结果表明,外墙板的横向荷载达10.42 MPa,符合JG/T 169—2005《建筑隔墙用轻质条板》标准要求。墙板采用槽型设计,安装方便,省时省力。可通过变形最大限度地吸收能量,抗震性能好。由于原料废弃利乐包来源广、价格低、密度小并可完全回收利用,因此具有十分广阔的市场前景。 This paper briefly introduces the development of self-heat conserving facade panel produced from abandoned Tetra Pak, LDPE and processing aids. The result shows that the transversal load of the facade panel can reach 10.42 MPa,meeting the requirement of the national standard JG/T 169 2005 "Light-weight Panels for Partition Walls Used in Buildings'.The facade panel is of trough type,which is convenient for installation, saving installation time and manpower.The energy can be absorbed to the biggest extent through deformation.Therefore, it has good anti-seismic capability.Because of rich resources,low price,low density and being completely recycled for reuse,paper-plastic composite is filled with bright future prospects.
