摘要
介绍了单组分室温固化硅酮建筑密封胶的发展现状,阐述了用多孔功能材料制备密封胶的生产工艺,并对产品性能进行测试。研究了多孔功能材料和增黏剂添加量、反应温度等工艺参数对密封胶性能的影响,通过SEM、XRD、BET、BJH等分析手段对多孔功能材料的形貌、物相、比表面积和孔容孔径进行表征,来研究多孔功能材料的补强机理,并分析了该密封胶的微观形貌。
The development of one part RTV silicone building sealant was introduced and the process of the sealant using porous functional material was described in the paper.The properties of the sealant were tested.The important parameters influencing properties of the sealant, such as level of porous functional material and tackifier, temperature, etc, were studied. The morphologies, components, specific surface area, porous volume and pore size distribution of porous functional material were respectively characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption investigations (BET-BJH). According to the analysis results,the mechanism of increasing tensile strength was studied in detail. The morphology of the sealant made of the porous functional material was analyzed.
