摘要 研究了以醚类大单体、酯类大单体、胺类单体和羧酸类单体合成新型聚羧酸系高性能减水剂,确定了合成产品的最佳配比为:n[酯类大单体(MPEGMA)]∶n[醚类大单体(APEG)]∶n[胺类单体(NPEG)]=1∶0.5∶0.17,n(MPEG+APEG+NPEG)∶n[丙烯酸(AA)]=1∶3,引发剂过硫酸铵和链转移剂用量分别为单体总质量的2%和1.5%。水泥净浆和混凝土性能测试结果表明,与目前市场上的酯类与醚类聚羧酸系减水剂相比,合成产品对不同水泥具有良好的适应性。 A new type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by an ester macromonomer,an ether an amine monomer and a carboxylic monomer. The experiment results showed that the copolymer had an excellent property when n (MPEGMA):n (APEG):n(NPEG) was 1:0.5:0.17 and n (MPEG+APEG+NPEG) :n (AA) was 1:3 by molar and the dosages of the initiator and the chain transfer agent were 2% and 1.5% of the mass fraction of total monomers,respectively. The physical property test of cement slurry and concrete indicated that,compared with the ester and ether type polycarboxylate superplasticizers in the market,the copolymer had an extensive compatibility with different cements.
