AbstractAfter compartaively analyzing the causes, commodity structures, developing levels, and stable or not of Chinese and the western developed countries' buyer parts' markets, the authors point out that Chinese current buyer part's market is demand controlled, non stable, structureimbalanced, and low level buyer part's market. It is not the buyer part's market in developed stage but the one in initial stage of market economy. We can draw some useful enlightenments from the above analysises. The first, the appearing of buyer part's market is a historical change, and is a good thing. It conforms to the world's economic development trends and is beneficial to develop Chinese economy. The second, buger part's market has no difference of capitalism and socialism. The third, we shouldn't be glad too blindly, but should be cautious of retrogression of buyer part's market. The fourth, we shouldn't mechanically adopt the measures of the western developed countries to cure Chinese surplus economy.
