不同产地百合药材的质量差异性研究(Ⅰ) 被引量:3

摘要 为了建立百合药材的质量标准,评价百合药材质量,本研究测定了不同产地的15批次百合药材的水分、灰分、酸不溶灰分、浸出物的含量,并对不同产地的百合进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果表明不同产地的百合质量差异较大,水分、灰分有一定变化,而酸不溶灰分的变化很大。薄层色谱显示对照药材中的斑点在15批百合中都出现,但有一批百合药材斑点较浅。本研究所建立的标准具有一定的代表性,可以用于百合药材的质量控制,评价百合药材的质量。 To set up quality standards of Bulbus Lilii, water content, total ashes content, acid-insoluble ashes content, water-insoluble extracts of 15 batches of Bulbus Lilii were analyzed, and the main constituents were compared by thin layer chromatography(TLC). The results show that the quality of Bulbus Lilii from different places of production changes significantly. Water and total ashes content have some change from each other, but the acid-insoluble ashes change significantly from each other. The TLC results indicate that the constituents of the refer Lilium all appeared in the fifteen batches of Bulbus Lilii, however the spots of one batch of them are a little light. The established standers in this research are somewhat typical and they can be used in quality control of Bulbus Lilii.
