Discussion on the Solution of Present Chinese Group Events in the View of Scientific Administration and Political Participation

我国目前政治体制改革相对滞后,从完善民主和健全法治的角度对之进行深入的研究,对于提高执政水平和加强民主党派的参政能力建设,建立起解决群体性事件的长效机制,实现中国民众所期待的富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义国家具有重要的现实意义。

The political system reform of present China is relatively backward, therefore, a deep analysis from the perspectives of democracy and legal system has important realistic meaning for enhancing the ruling level of the party, strengthening the construction of democratic parties＇ abilities to participate in govemr^nt, establishing long -nm effective mechanism for the solution of group events, and building a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist country expected by Chi- nese people.
