On the Relationship between Humanistic Qualities and the Cultivation of the Animation Talents

人文素质是大学生成才的必备素质。明确"人文素质"这一概念,认清动画专业大学生人文素质缺失的现状,有助于认识培育人文素质的重要意义。促进动画专业学生尽早成才,需要学生自身提高认识,付诸实践,同时也需要社会、学校、教师的共同努力。

Humanistic quality is the essential quality of college students. An explicit understanding about the concept of ＂hu- manistic quality＂ and the status of the missing of humanistic quality of animation students will help to understand the impor- tance of humanistic quality training. To urge the animation students to become talents as early as possible, the students them- selves need to raise awareness and put into practice, at the same time, the joint efforts of society, schools and teachers are required.
