Looking back over the development of Beijing study,it can be observed that such characteristics of Beijing study have been established as the ＂opening＂ research model,the ＂institutional＂ research entities and ＂professional＂ research teams,thus forming common development relations with other local studies in China and establishing its ＂leading＂ position in the local studies in China.It plays an important role in providing a platform of communicating achievements,setting up a web of research fellows,creating channels of spreading information, offering academic theories,organizing scientific research cooperation,etc.
