首都北京建设国际一流水平世界城市的思考与对策

Strategies of Constructing Beijing the Capital Into a First-Level World City

国际政治经济的深刻变革,中国成为全球事务的重要参与者与决策者,中国的国际地位达以近百年最高。国际金融危机的发生,中国全球地位的提高,要求首都北京建设成为国际一流水平的世界城市。针对国内外环境的深刻变革与首都北京自身的发展变化,分析全球化条件下世界城市的新特征以及首都北京建设国际一流世界城市的优势与不足,提出了首都北京建设国际一流世界城市的对策。

With the dramatic change of international political economy,China has become an important participant and decision-maker in the world＇s affairs.The appearance of the international economic crisis and the rise of China＇s international position require the construction of Beijing the capital into a first-level world city.Owing to the dramatic change of the domestic and international environment and the development of Beijing the capital itself,an analysis has been here in this paper about the characteristics of a world city and the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of Beijing into a first-level world city under the present situation of globalization.Besides,strategies have also been made in this study concerning the construction.
