多校区大学辅导员队伍专业化培养初探

辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是大学生德育工作的骨干力量,辅导员的专业化建设是辅导员队伍建设的目标,也是辅导员队伍职业化发展的趋势和方向。随着多校区办学的产生和不断发展,由于校区分散,在队伍发展上存在着资源配置不均衡、发展不平衡、管理机制不健全等难题。因此,通过科学的专业化建设,培养一支综合加专长的辅导员队伍,明确辅导员的职业准入机制和职业晋升标准,加强辅导员职前和在职培训,建立专业化人才培养体系,加快学科建设,提供辅导员专业化模式的学科平台,创新辅导员考核激励制度,畅通辅导员专业化模式的通道等,成为多校区辅导员队伍建设的重要课题。

Moral education is an important part of higher education.Political instructors form a backbone of the moral education among university students.With the development of multi-campus universities,the development of staff faces such problems as the imbalance of resources allocation and the imperfect mechanism of management.Through a scientific and professional construction,it is possible to cultivate vigorous staff who do have general and professional knowledge and skills. The professional mechanism and promotion standards should be clearly defined.It is also necessary to train political instructors before and during their service so as to set up a system of training professional talents,to reinforce the disciplinary construction,to provide a scientific platform for professional training political instructors.
