A Few Ideas About Popularizing and Applying Industrial Engineering

介绍了发展中的中国河北省在推广应用ＩＥ中的３个问题：①政府重视、支持和倡导ＩＥ；②根据企业实际和不同层次、不同项目或课题选择适宜的ＩＥ技术；③充分重视先进企业应用ＩＥ成果的经验总结和加强对ＩＥ的宣传。同时，从历史发展和经济经展不平衡的角度对ＩＥ技术作了综观的分析，为如何推行ＩＥ提供了思路。

The article introduces three key points on the popularizing ang applying Industrial Engineering in developing Hebei Province. First, the government is supporting, initiating and paying great attention to Industrial Engineering;secondly,choosing proper Industrial Engineering technology for the enterprises in accordence with their different levels,projects and items; and thirdly, paying great attention to the experiences of some advanced enterprises about their achievements in using Industrial Engineering and strengthening the spreading of Industrial Engineering.Meanwhile, government is offering a train of thought about practising Industrial Engineering by making a comprehensive analysis of Industrial Engineering technology from the angle of historical development and non-balance of economic developing.
