B/S结构的土地登记管理系统研究

Land registration and management system based on B/S

国土资源管理信息化、网络化是政府部门网上工程的一项重要内容之一。本文在分析土地登记发证的图文一体化办公基础上,根据新的功能需求,结合.NET技术、ESRI最新GIS组件产品(ArcGIS Server,ArcSDE),提出了建立基于Web GIS技术的网络国土资源信息系统的实现方案。系统运行证明了网络电子办公势在必行,无论对国土部门还是社会大众都是有益的。

Land resources information management is an important part of government departments online project. Based on the analysis of land registration situation, this paper put forward a scenario about the implementation of land resource information system with ~ NET technology and latest ESRI GIS component products （ArcGIS Server, AreSDE） . After the system running, it was proved that online official handling is necessary and beneficial to both land resource departments and community.
