ABCA_1在胆固醇代谢和动脉粥样硬化中的作用
摘要
血脂异常与冠状动脉粥样硬化（AS）密切相关，血脂异常患者存在着血管内皮功能障碍、C反应蛋白（CRP）增高等致动脉粥样硬化的多种危险因素。胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、甘油三酯（TG）和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（VLDL—C）增高是冠心病的危险因素，其中以LDL-C最为重要，而低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）则被认为是冠心病的保护因素，
