摘要 目的:结合文献分析9例原发性骨淋巴瘤(PBL)的临床特点及预后。方法:回顾性分析9例PBL的诊断、治疗方法及预后结果。9例患者中5例仍存活,4例死亡。结论:PBL主要以B细胞来源及非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤为多见,临床治疗以放疗加化疗的综合治疗为最佳治疗方法。 Objective ：To analyze the clinical characteristics of primary bone lymphoma（PBL）. Methods ：Nine cases of histologically confirmed PBL of bone were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Among nine sases, five patients were still alive while four cases died. Conclusion：The majority of PBL come from B-cell lymphoma non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma. Radiotherepy and chemotherapy are the main treatments/or this tumour.
