子宫颈癌不同放疗方法远期疗效对比分析

The contrast analysis of prostecdtive efficacy of different radiotherapy method for cervical cancer

目的探讨体外照射、体外照射配合腔内镭疗、体外照射配合192Ir高剂量率腔内照射治疗子宫颈癌的临床远期疗效。方法对1986年—1997年我院收治的接受放射治疗的463例子宫颈癌患者临床资料和随访结果进行分析。结果1,3,5,10年总生存率分别为82.1%,47.1%,36.2%,25.7%.Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期5年、10年生存率分别为40.4%,28.8%和37.1%,26.4%.三种治疗方法比较3,5,10年生存率差异有统计学意义。结论生存率随着期别的增加而下降。镭内照射加外照射优于192Ir高剂量率内照射加外照射和单纯外照射。

Objective To study the prostecdtive efficacy of outside irradiation, combined with intracavity Curie therapy, and combined with 192 clinical and long-term rosult for deal rate inside project light uponning curing cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 463 cases of cervical cancer from 1986 to1997 in Yangeheng County who accepted to treatment of radiotherapy were analyzed. Results The survival rate of 1,3,5,10 years was 82.1%,47.1%s, 36.2% and 25.7% respectiely. The survival rate of period Ⅱ, period Ⅲ for 5and 10 years was 40.4%,28.8% ,37.1% and 26.4%. There was difference in survival rate of 1,3,5,10 years among three kinds of treatment methods. Conclusion The survival rate decrease as period increase. The effect of treatment of radium inside project add to outside project light upon is better than 192 deal rate insideproject light upon add to outside project light upon with pure outside project light upon.
