RP-HPLC法测定净石灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Paeonilorin in Jingshiling Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的:建立净石灵胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定方中淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量,色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18柱,流动相:乙腈-水(30∶70);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷进样量在0.2204-0.8810μg(r=0.9999)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.95%,RSD%为0.84%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确,重现性好,可用于净石灵胶囊的质量控制。

Objective： RP-HPLC method for the determination of Paeonilorin in Jingshiling Capsules was established. Methods： The chromato bar was Diamonsil C18（250 min×4.6 mm,5μm}, the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water （30：70）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detection wavelengh was 270 nm. Results： A good linear was obtained for Paeonilorin in the range of 0.2204-0.8810 μg（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 97.95%（RSD%=0.84%, n=6）. Conclusions： The mothod is specific, accurate and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control.
