摘要
定量分析了快速预加载对氧化铝陶瓷动疲劳强度及其分布的影响.结果表明,如果材料的应力腐蚀指数n≥20,预加载的载荷小于试件动疲劳强度的80%,则预加载方法测得的动疲劳强度与真实动疲劳强度的差异可以忽略.
The effect of fast preloading on the dynandc fatigue strength and its distribution of aconunrcial alundna ceradrics is studied. And the results indicate that, in the case of the SCCexponent of material n≥20 and the preload σPL≤0.8σf,σf the dynamic fatigue strength, thediscrepancy between the dynamic fatigue strength measured by the preloading thechnique and thetrue dynandc fatigue strength of specimens can be neglected.
