医院放射科生物安全管理现状调查分析

Status quo of management of biological safety in department of radiology in hospitals

目的:了解医院放射科生物安全管理现状,分析存在的问题,以加强管理。方法:采用查阅科室相关文件、现场检查、人员提问、领导座谈等方式,对18家医院放射科的生物安全管理、放射科布局、消毒物品、人员防护用品等进行调查分析。结果:医院放射科管理制度不建全、布局不合理、无消毒物品、未配备个人防护用品、工作人员缺乏生物安全知识。结论:在医院感染形式日趋严峻的情况下,加强放射科生物安全管理,制定完善的规范的放射科生物安全管理体系已刻不容缓。

Objective： To investigate the status quo of management of biological safety in department of radiology in hospitals to analyze the problems for improving management level. Methods： The biological safety management, department distribution, disinfectants and safeguarding substances were investigated and analyzed through reading relevant documents, on-spot inspection, question and answer and symposium of department chiefs in the department of radiology in 18 hospitals. Results： In these hospitals, the biological safety management, department distribution, disinfectants and safeguarding substances were not good enough. Conclusion： Corresponding measures should be timely taken to improve the above situation.
