摘要 目的确立三级综合性医院临床护士绩效评价指标体系,激励护士工作的积极性,为相关职能部门提供考核依据。方法采用德尔菲法对24名专家进行2轮问卷调查,了解专家对该评价指标的意见和建议。结果根据三级综合性医院的功能定位,专家认为对护士绩效考核主要集中在临床护理、护理教学和护理科研3个方面。结论应用德尔菲法筛选的三级综合性医院临床护士绩效评价指标主要包括4部分:工作质量12项指标,工作量6项指标,工作能力26项指标,工作态度14项指标。 Objective To establish performance appraisal indicators of nursing staff in Class Ⅲ general hospitals, so as to prompt he incentive of nursing staff and provide reference for administrative departments. Methods By Delphi method, 24 clinical nursing pecialists were twice interviewed in order to further collect the opinions and suggestions about the appraisal indicators. Results kccording to the function of Class Ⅲ general hospitals, specialists thought that performance appraisal should focus on three aspects of clinic nursing, nursing teaching and nursing research. Conclusion Performance appraisal indicators of nursing staff screened by )elphi method consists of four parts, e.g., the quality of work (12 items), workload (6 items ), working ability (26 items) , working attitude (14 items).
