老年住院病人便秘发生情况及其影响因素调查分析

Survey on the Incidence of Constipation among Senile Inpatients and the Influencing Factors

目的了解老年住院病人便秘发生情况及其相关因素。方法采用便秘罗马Ⅱ诊断标准评估213例老年住院病人的便秘发生情况,采用自行设计问卷调查病人的排便情况及影响因素。结果213例老年住院病人中,有55.9%出现便秘;影响老年住院病人排便的因素有饮食、生活形态以及健康教育。结论老年住院病人便秘的发生率高,已成为目前住院老年病人的主要护理问题,年龄、饮食结构合理性、运动及活动度、心理状况、慢性疾病和药物因素等均为常见影响因素。护理人员应当积极采取饮食指导、腹部按摩及心理调节等干预措施,保障或促进老年病人住院期间的正常排便形态。

Objective To understand the incidence of constipation among senile inpatients and the ilffluencing faetors. Methods Rome 11 Constipatioin Diagnosis Guideline was used to assess the incidenee of constipation among 213 senile inpatients and a self- designed questionnaire to survey the condition of defecation and the related influencing factors. Results For the 213 senile inpatients, 55.9% of them developed with constipation. The influencing factors included dieting, lifestyle and health education. Conclusion The higher incidence of constipation has become an issue for nursing them. Age, dieting strueture, physical exercise, mental status and chronic disease and medication all are the influencing factors. Nurses should undertake interventions such as dieting instruction, belly massage and mental care so as to improve the defecation of senile inpatients.
