留学生教育质量保障体系的构建

Construction of an International Students' Quality-Control System under the Background of Higher Education Internationalization

随着我国留学生规模的不断扩大,如何进一步提高留学生教育教学质量成为我国政府和接收院校所面临的挑战和任务。留学生教育教学质量保障体系是建立在相应质量保障机构和质量保障活动基础之上的,由外部保障机制和内部保障机制共同构成,两者相互依赖、相互补充、缺一不可。留学生教育质量保障体系构建的原则是以提高教育教学水平为中心;多方参与,全方位监控;以人为本,"教"、"管"结合。

With the expansion of the enrollment of international students in China, how to improve the quality of teaching these overseas students has become a great challenge to the Chinese government and host universities. A quality-control system for international students teaching is established on the corresponding qualitycontrol organizations and their activities and it consists of an internal and an external control system, which are mutually dependent, supplementary and indispensable. The principle for construction of such a system is that improvement of teaching quality should be its central task, that various parties should participate in the control and supervision should be exercised in all directions, and that it should be student-oriented and combine en- forcement of discipline and management.
