摘要 "实用化"教育是导致我国高校师生关系异化的主要原因之一。"实用化"教育思想是以追求静态经验知识的积累和大批量标准人才产出为目的的教育理念。其影响高校师生关系的具体实践形态包括唯知识至上的教育内容,灌输式的教学方法和标准化的评价方式。针对"实用化"教育的影响,重塑高校师生关系的三大策略是:树立人是目的的教育理念,构建面向生活世界的教育内容和推行高校教学方法和评价方式的改革。 Utilitarian education, which aims to accumulate static experience and knowledge and produce large numbers of standardized talents, is one of the main causes for the alienation of college teacher-student relationship in China. What exerts negative influence on the relationship is its teaching content with knowledge as the only priority, its cramming teaching method and standardized assessment. In view of such utilitarian educa- tion, people-oriented educational concept should be formulated, the teaching content should be made related to the life-world, and reforms should be made in teaching and appraising methods in order to reshape the teacher-student relationship.
