培哚普利对冠心病患者血管内皮舒张功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨培哚普利对冠心病患者血管内皮舒张功能、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:将80例冠心病患者随机分为培哚普利治疗组(观察组)和常规治疗组(对照组)各40例,采用高分辨率超声技术,分别检测治疗12周前后血管内皮舒张功能,并测NO和ET变化。结果:观察组和对照组在治疗前NO、ET、D0、FMD%和ND%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且对照组在治疗前后上述指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而观察组在治疗后NO浓度增高(57.33±7.04μmol/L),ET浓度减低(38.74±5.21ng/L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后FMD明显改善(9.74%±2.32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ND无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:培哚普利可改善冠心病患者内皮依赖性血管舒张功能。
